SLEEPS Study

This study involves people with insomnia disorder receiving digital cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia and sauna blanket sessions.
Participants must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have insomnia
-
Have a smartphone and internet access
-
Not be traveling internationally for the next 4 months
Participants will:
-
Complete an online sleep treatment program
-
Use a sauna blanket at home in the evenings

Complete online surveys
-
Complete interviews with study staff over Zoom video
