Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

Cognitive-based therapy to address sleep problems

This group series is a behavioral treatment that does not provide sleep medications and is designed to help with difficulties sleep. People who have trouble with falling asleep, staying sleep, or waking up too early, may be a good fit for this form of treatment. Treatment involves one individual intake visit, five group sessions, and one individual follow-up visit. 

Due to high demand for this service, we are currently unable to accept referrals outside of UCSF.
