Community Care Fund
The Community Care Fund (CCF) is a financial-assistance program developed for economically disadvantaged individuals living in the San Francisco Bay Area. CCF was established for clinical services and treatments provided in the Osher Center clinic and has now been expanded to subsidize costs for experiential classes to develop Mindfulness skills. Patients receive CCF support based on documented financial needs.
Clinical Support for Osher Center Patients
Existing Osher Center patients can apply to receive CCF assistance to cover the cost of acupuncture, massage therapy, supplements, and botanicals.
As we raise funds from both foundation gifts and private donations, CCF requires a lead Osher Center practitioner's oversight of your comprehensive treatment plan and consideration of clinic service availability.
Support for Osher Center Experiential Mindfulness Classes
These experiential courses introduce mindfulness practices in the form of sitting meditation, body awareness, and mindful movement. This program can be beneficial for those experiencing the negative impacts of stress, for those experiencing chronic physical or emotional distress, or for anyone interested in learning ways to maintain health and well-being.
