Completed Study
KIND graphic

Our team designed a community-based participatory research study of lovingkindness/metta meditation honoring the experiences of diverse meditators. To learn about people's lived experiences, we talked with community members of the East Bay Meditation Center (EBMC) in Oakland, CA. We invited EMBC members to participate in focus groups and share feedback about the findings of the study.
