Our free video library is making culturally rooted mind-body practices more accessible to individuals and families seeking simple ways to support their health and well-being.

Honoring Origins of Mindfulness (HOME) is a multilingual collection of 26 short videos featuring trusted Chinese American and Latine American voices from San Francisco. Designed to meet people where they are, the videos offer practical mind-body practices that can be incorporated into everyday life—whether at home, at work, or on the go.

Rather than presenting wellness through a one-size-fits-all lens, HOME honors the cultural traditions and lived experiences that have shaped these practices for generations. Each video provides the experience of learning directly from a community healer or expert, creating an approachable and meaningful connection to mindfulness and whole-person health.

The library features bilingual clinicians, sound healers, chefs, herbalists, yoga teachers, and community leaders who blend professional expertise with longstanding cultural wisdom traditions. Through brief, easy-to-follow practices, viewers can explore movement, breathwork, nutrition, relaxation, and other approaches that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The HOME Video Library is freely available to the public, making culturally responsive wellness education accessible to diverse communities.
