Dr. Brittany Blockman to Speak at Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation Conference
Osher Center pediatrician Brittany Blockman, MD, will be one of the speakers at the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, Northern California Chapter’s Bay Area Patient Education Conference on Saturday, October 28 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at UC Berkeley, Clark Kerr Conference Center, 2601 Warring Street in Berkeley.
The conference will feature a full day of lectures presented by leading experts in the field of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), for patients, families, friends and healthcare professionals. Dr. Blockman will be speaking on the topic of “Stress Management & The Mind-Body Connection." Other topics will include new developments in treatment,” surgical techniques, research, nutrition, and psychosocial issues.
