PRISM Study
Many pregnant people have trouble sleeping. The goal of the PRISM Study is to learn about ways to improve sleep and mental health during and after pregnancy.
Participants in the PRISM Study will:
- Learn ways to improve sleep in 6 weekly sessions. These sessions take place online during pregnancy.
- Complete surveys and interviews during and after pregnancy. All surveys and interviews take place online.
- Receive payment for completing surveys and interviews.
