Aditi Dave, MD

Dr. Aditi Dave completed medical school at the University of South Florida and a dual residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Michigan. Her interest in integrative medicine began in medical school. Over the past 16 years, she has served as faculty physician in Hospital Medicine and Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan, Wake Forest University Hospital, Carolina East Medical Center. She is currently a hospitalist at University of Missouri’s teaching hospital: St Luke’s Hospital. Her clinical focus in the hospital includes compassion and patient centered medicine, post discharge education on lifestyle and nutrition changes from an integrative perspective. Her pediatric activities initially focused on global health expeditions in third world countries. She completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Academy for Integrative Health and Medicine, and started the integrative medicine clinic at Wake Forest University in 2017. She has studied with Dr. Vasant Lad since 2014 through informal courses and completed her formal Ayurvedic Practitioner program under Dr Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in 2023. She has been a clinic preceptor and faculty member of the Ayurvedic Institute since 2023 to present, while continuing hospital medicine at St Luke’s Healthcare System in Kansas City. Lastly, she remains an avid student and teacher of yoga, pranayama breathing, and meditation. She has used this experience in volunteering to build health provider wellness programs.
