Optimizing MBCT Maintenance (OMM)

Have you completed a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course for depression in the last 5 years? Researchers at UCSF are recruiting MBCT graduates to take part in a study that aims to strengthen and extend the skills you learned in your 8-week MBCT course. Must live in US to participate. Study procedure
- Participants will attend 4 weekly and 3-7 monthly classes via Zoom and will complete online questionnaires. The classes will be led by an experienced MBCT teacher. Upcoming weekly classes will be on four consecutive Fridays: April 28, May 5, May 12, and May 19.
Eligibility
- Participants must have completed a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course for depression in the last 5 years
- Participants must live in the U.S.
