Everyday Moments of Mindful Attention (EMMA)

Join a UCSF study that will help us to better understand how daily mindfulness may affect your everyday well-being, stress, and health! Join a UCSF study that will help us to better understand how daily mindfulness may affect your everyday well-being, stress, and health! 

Study procedure

  • Participants will attend two assessments with the UCSF research team and practice mindfulness-based skills in daily life over an 8-week period.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be women aged 30-50
