4/6: Osher Center at JCC Art of Aging Gracefully

On Thursday, April 6, the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine will again be participating in the annual Art of Aging Gracefully conference at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco. Two of the keynote speakers are from the Osher Center:

• Dr. Margaret Chesney, speaking on “Outsmarting Stress, Enhancing Resilience & Optimizing Health in Today’s World” from 9:45 to 10:30 am, and
• Dr. Donald Abrams, speaking on “Nutrition for Healthy Aging” from 2:00 – 2:45 pm.

The Osher Center will also have an information table at the expo. This informative event is free and open to the public, but registration is recommended.
