90 minutes in their first visit with doctor. We assess your individual needs and listen to your
concerns and goals for well-being.

A telephone consultation with our Patient Navigator can help you determine which treatment, service or program is best for you. Please call or email to schedule your consultation.

Our practitioners are trained in both conventional and complementary therapies and offer a professionally guided whole-person approach to your health care. We invite you to explore the services, treatments and therapies offered in our clinical practice.

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine

Acupuncture has been used for more than two thousand years in China to promote well-being and treat illness. In Chinese medicine, health is believed to result from the free flow of energy, called chi, in the body. Illness is attributed to blockages in this energy flow, which can be relieved by the placement of thin needles at various points in the body.

Practitioners are licensed acupuncturists who are trained in Chinese Medicine. Therapies may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, counseling and nutrition. Our practitioners have over 25 years of experience and specialty training in treating patients with a wide range of medical conditions.

Ayurveda Consultation

Ayurveda is India's traditional system for health and healing, practiced continuously for more than 5000 years. During this in-depth consultation with a physician trained in Ayurveda, you will learn how to optimize well-being through careful attention to your lifestyle choices. After a detailed history, pulse diagnosis and examination of several mind-body parameters, our physician will determine your individual Ayurvedic constitution: that is, the bio-energetic balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha unique to you.

Our physician will then recommend an Ayurvedic wellness plan designed to restore or to enhance bio-energetic balance via lifestyle choices in harmony with your unique constitution. The Ayurvedic wellness plan will address your nutrition, physical activity, circadian rhythms, seasonal and environmental influences, psychological propensities, and mind-body practices. When appropriate, further recommendations regarding Ayurvedic detoxification and Ayurvedic herbal remedies will also be made.
