Living Mindfully Now!

"Most of us go to extraordinary lengths to ignore, laugh off, or deny the fact that we are going to die, but preparing for death is one of the most rational and rewarding acts of a lifetime."
—Stephen Levine

  • When are you most alive?
  • What would your intentions be if you let death guide you in life?
  • How does fear constrict you?

This life affirming workshop offers guidance in exploring more deeply how we choose to live our lives. We will reflect on intentions for living life fully and compassionately explore fears of dying, death, and life itself.

Through discourse, guided meditations, and experiential exercises we will bring joy, lightness, and depth to this deepest of inquiries. This day is designed for people who wish to explore how to be more fully alive, have experienced grief through death, have illness themselves or are caregivers.
