Paula Koepke has been a massage therapist since 1981 and has a masters degree in somatic psychology. She has expertise in working with post-traumatic stress as well as considerable experience with chronic illness, cancer, accident recovery and pre-natal.

She has taught at Antioch University San Francisco, New College of California, Holy Names College in Oakland, and currently at the McKinnon Massage Institute of Oakland.

In her sessions she typically integrates modalities such as Craniosacral, Counterstrain and Asian pressure point therapies into a Swedish or Deep Tissue framework.
